Carlsbad Mom Crew, the original group of its kind, is dedicated to building a supportive community for moms and their little ones across San Diego County. Initially launched with individual events and single sponsors, the group is now expanding to create tailored experiences that cater to moms at various stages of motherhood. From prenatal gatherings to 4th trimester support and beyond, Carlsbad Mom Crew is committed to offering enriching events that connect moms and provide the resources they need during every phase of their journey.

After having my son, I started joining local mom walks but often found it challenging to attend as many as I wanted. Recognizing a gap in the support and care that moms deserve, and drawing from my experience as a podcast host, I saw an opportunity to share products and services that could truly benefit moms. This led me to take over a mom walk, rebrand it, and create Carlsbad Mom Crew. My vision was to ensure that every event was sponsored, providing businesses a platform to connect with moms while offering moms a chance to discover alternative products and services that could enhance their lives.

San Diego Mom Crew is a vibrant community dedicated to uniting moms and their children through a variety of engaging events such as walks, park playdates, yoga sessions, and more. Beyond fostering friendships and bonding moments, the group enthusiastically promotes local and small businesses, showcasing products and services that benefit families. By nurturing this supportive network, San Diego Mom Crew aims to create a nurturing environment where moms can connect, share experiences, and discover resources that enhance family life.

Shannon is the host of San Diego Mom Crew and founder of Expand Beyond Coaching. She is a certified wellness coach, yoga instructor (RYT-500), sound healer, and Reiki practitioner. Her favorite and most important role is being a mother to her bubbly and curious daughter.
